The Challenge
Pantheon’19 is the annual tech fest of Birla Institute of Technology. Mesra. Pantheon is a platform for the college going students to showcase their technical skills and work with cutting-edge technologies.
Pantheon has around 60 events across a span of a single weekend. So, we needed a platform to provide information about events and guest lectures along with providing live information about the points tally.

Brainstorming and sketching the details
To start of the design process, me along with the team sat down to brainstorm to understand the goals and user flow of the app. We wanted the app to convey information quickly for the students to understand when and where the upcoming events were been held.

Visual design which is easily accessible
Starting with the high-fidelity prototype, we decided to go with a homepage which would be linking to all the different sections of the app. We also decided to go with a light and a dark version so as to provide better readability according to the time of the day.

Event and Guest Lectures provide complete information about when and where these were being held. The user gets the information in a crisp manner without any rather interaction with the app.

Event Description provides the complete detail and rules of the event. This lets you know about the event and whether you would like to take part in it or not. The points offered right on the top for easy reference for the users, to understand whether to participate.

Results & Outcomes
The Pantheon'19 app was great success as the students were quite happy and could understand the app. Having around 2K downloads, The Pantheon'19 App has a 5⭐ review on the Google Play Store.
I really enjoyed working on this app as it was the first time I had the opportunity of working with developer, this helped me understand the process of handing of my designs. I also started to actually apply the my knowledge to practical use. It was a great learning experience and it was amazing to see the designs I made being used by people.
